Welcome to the final day of the workshop! Today we’ll focus on applying the knowledge gained throughout the workshop to real-world scenarios.

Morning Session: Guest Talks#

Practical Session#

Participants will have three options for the practical session:

  1. Option A: Apply New Skills to Mini-Projects

    • Use your biological understanding and new coding skills in small projects

    • We have collected a list of potential candidates here

    • If you have your own idea or would like to dig deeper on one of the workshop topics, let us know

  2. Option A: Reproduce Published Figures

    • Apply the techniques learned in the workshop to reproduce figures from published papers

    • Gain hands-on experience with real research data

    • Learn about best practices in data visualization and analysis

  3. Option B: Discuss Your Own Data/Analysis

    • Bring your own single-cell or spatial data analysis challenges

    • Get guidance from workshop instructors

    • Apply workshop techniques to your specific research questions
